About this Course
This is the required broker course on real estate brokerage and office management and it follows the mandatory outline as required by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission. This course covers both legal and practical issues in office management and will teach you business management, how to create a profitable enterprise, and how to supervise a staff. Learn how to become a more efficient and effective manager and leader.
Book will be provided and must be picked up at the Bucks County Association of Realtors® office in advance of the course.
Students must bring laptop or electronic device to class.
