The Big Six: PAR Form Changes
About this Course
The terms of the NAR settlement have impacted the language in 20 of the PAR standard forms many Realtors use. PAR has highlighted six of these forms as having major changes made (and, in one case, a totally new form). In this course, these six forms will be reviewed and the changes will be highlighted along with practical information as to how to communicate these changes to your clients (there’s a form for that!). Feel confident that you are representing your clients to the best of your ability while complying with these new regulations by attending.
