About this Course
At the end of the course, the student will be able to identify fair housing laws, review and discuss bias in appraisal complaints, identify Fannie Mae guidelines regarding bias, identify phrases and words in appraisals, and identify risk reduction strategies. Course topics include underwriting guidelines, fair housing, general business practices, and general ethics.
