This course will:

• Remind students of agency law, specifically PA agency law.
• Review the use of standard forms to aid agents in complying with RELRA. We will discuss the requirement to always have two forms with every consumer, a Consumer Notice and a second form which outlines the agent’s relationship with the consumer, which can be representation or non-representation.
• Provide scenarios and talking points for agents to engage in conversations with consumers about agency and fees.
• Review and discuss both the duties owed by licensees in PA to all consumers, and the specific fiduciary duties owed to clients.
• Discuss the pitfalls of undisclosed dual agency.
