Well-known businessperson Bethenny Frankel will be the keynote speaker at this year’s Triple Play Realtor® Convention and Trade Expo in Atlantic City at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 6. Frankel will appear as part of the National Association of Realtors® Realtor® brand campaign, Riding with the Brand.

Triple Play, jointly sponsored by the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York Realtor® associations, runs Monday, Dec. 5 through Thursday, Dec. 8 and offers brokers, appraisers and real estate professionals education and networking opportunities. For just $119, you have access to Pennsylvania continuing education courses, networking events with other Realtors® from several states and a chance to meet a variety of real estate-specific vendors. Online registration ends Dec. 4.

Frankel’s session, “The ‘Skinny’ on Building Your Brand,” will feature her brand, Skinnygirl, and the issues and dilemmas every small and expanding business faces.

She is founder and CEO of Skinnygirl, a New York Times bestselling author and TV producer. She teamed up with Endeavor Content to create Just B, a podcast devoted to being a self-made mogul in business, lifestyle and beyond. In addition, Frankel launched Bstrong, a worldwide initiative in partnership with Global Empowerment Mission, to collect aid and donations to help people affected by natural disasters.

NAR’s Ride with the Brand initiative is partnering with state Realtor® associations to showcase the value of Realtors®, the association and the importance of real estate and Realtors® to local communities. The tour will make its first stop at Triple Play in Atlantic City, after launching in Philadelphia on Nov. 29.

NAR President Kenny Parcell and other members of NAR’s leadership team have designed the tour to better mobilize Realtors® and to ensure they recognize their collective voice in representing the interests of U.S. consumers.

“NAR’s membership numbers remain at an all-time high, but COVID-19 and the increase in virtual communication have diminished face-to-face interaction between NAR and Realtors® around the country,” Parcell said. “We wanted to reconnect with the members we have in every U.S. ZIP code and remind them of how important it is that we continue to engage policymakers in support of American consumers.”

Parcell and other members of NAR’s leadership team have designed the tour to better mobilize Realtors® and to ensure they recognize their collective voice in representing the interests of U.S. consumers.

“Our country is experiencing a 6-million-unit housing shortage, pushing homeownership out of reach for too many Americans,” Parcell continued. “Consumers are counting on Realtors® to advocate on their behalf and to help ensure the American dream of home and property ownership remains available to as many people as possible.”
