Approved Courses and Instructors

NAR allows local associations to determine which courses and instructors they will approve for teaching Code of Ethics through their association. In addition, NAR requires local associations to accept COE transcripts for courses that have been approved by any other local association in the state or a contiguous state. PAR has created the list below to allow you check whether a COE transcript you receive is from a course/instructor that has been approved by another association.
