App allows Realtors® to access info whenever, wherever

As a Realtor®, you’re always on the go. And now, you can access the information you need anytime, anywhere.

Free to members of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the Realtors® Property Resource (RPR®) mobile app provides you with all the vital information you need for clients wherever you are. In addition, in areas where your MLS has opted to partner with RPR® and you are a MLS participant, MLS data will be included for you to see in RPR® in conjunction with public record information. This will provide you with even more robust data to better serve your clients and customers.

If you’re unfamiliar with RPR’s® site, it gives Realtors® the ability to search every property in the country, while providing fundamental information, such as demographics and school attendance zones, and ultimately allowing you to create a customized report with any requested information.

Now you can do that with your iPhone or Android. Simply download the app, and get to work.

Search properties near and far, and obtain all the statistics your clients want to know. Mortgage history? FEMA flood maps? Owner history? The app has it all.

Once you have the material your client wants, the app can create a property report, mini-property report, seller’s report, neighborhood report or market activity report right then for you and your client.

To download the app, create an RPR® account, which requires an active membership with NAR and a valid NRDS number. Simply visit the RPR® website, click on the link to “create a new account” and follow the steps.

Once you have created your RPR® account, search for “RPR® mobile” in the app store on your phone or visit the website.
